For this 10"x10" canvas, I used the dirty cup pour technique. I used dark blue, tan, green, and white. The cells were created by using silicone in the paint. I tend to use 3-4 drops of silicone depending on the amount of paint I have to work with. Once the paint was on the canvas, I picked it up and turned it to stretch the smaller cells into larger ones and to get the composition exactly where I wanted it to be. This painting would look great in a room with lighter walls. It is a stunning accent piece.
